About the position

Neural Earth is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to help lead and scale the Company's product positioning and customer value messaging strategy from the ground up. The Product Marketing Manager will help architect the go-to-market positioning strategy that sets up Neural Earth for scalable growth.

They will collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams on various operations — from building data-driven market stories and content to understanding buyer needs and insights, to enabling sales team to translate our solutions into customer value. Reporting to the VP, Head of Revenue, this person partners closely with the leadership team to translate Neural Earth's complex AI and geospatial technology into compelling go-to-market narratives that capture market opportunity and value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Execution — Own the go-to-market strategy and execution of product launches.
  • Create Value Frameworks — Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, and drive articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to Neural Earth's key goals.
  • Product Collaboration — Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and feedback from customers.
  • Marketing & Sales Communication — Collaborate with teams to create compelling sales and marketing collateral as well as powerful messaging and internal/external communications to drive adoption/conversion.
  • Understand Buyer Intent — Be the voice of the market, analyze trends, understand buyer needs, and translate insights into compelling narratives.
  • Customer Engagement — Engage with customers and partners to deepen understanding and refine positioning.
  • Content Creation — Build training materials and conduct sales enablement training for key product positioning and launches.
  • Product Marketing Refinement — Collaborate with Marketing to produce data-driven market stories, case studies, digital content, and product guides, and to execute/participate in webinars that support business objectives.
  • Collaboration — Serve as a visible product and market thought leader by presenting regularly to internal teams and external audiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software, enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience building and executing marketing and go-to-market plans.
  • Exceptional writer with a proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear, cohesive, and well-organized messaging across audiences and channels.
  • Superb communication, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to influence and motivate colleagues across cross-functional teams and in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Team player, contributor, collaborator, and cheerleader.
  • Master multitasker.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Additional information

This role may be assigned additional responsibilities consistent with senior leadership expectations and Company needs. This is a US-based remote role. The Product Marketing Manager should expect travel of up to 20%, including travel for customer meetings, conferences, and internal company events.
